Marathon Expo Set to Deliver Exciting Weekend of Fitness, Fun and Community

Taking place across race weekend, the Expo will bring together a wide range of exhibitors, giving visitors the chance to shop, sample and soak up the marathon atmosphere ahead of race day.

Attendees can browse an extensive selection of running gear and accessories, with well-known retailers such as Pure Running and Running Bubble on hand, alongside a variety of brands offering everything from performance essentials to unique fitness finds. There will also be opportunities to enjoy product sampling, discover protein products, and explore healthy food options, with vendors including Hello Fresh, Applied Nutrition and more.

In addition to shopping and sampling, the Expo will host a wide range of charities and community organisations. These will be located on the second floor, where runners fundraising for a cause can meet their chosen charity, collect t-shirts or materials, and even make donations. Charities in attendance include Action Cancer, Cancer Focus NI, NI Hospice, Pulmonary Fibrosis NI, Simon Community, and many more, highlighting the strong community spirit behind the event.

A number of the marathon’s valued sponsors and partners will also be present throughout the venue, including Phoenix Energy, Translink, Kukri, Visit Belfast, IKEA and others. Visitors are encouraged to stop by, engage with their activations and learn more about the organisations supporting this year’s event.

There will be plenty to keep younger visitors entertained too. A dedicated kids’ area will feature face painting from 11am to 1pm on both Saturday and Sunday, alongside a fun colouring station, making the Expo a family-friendly experience.

Adding to the lively atmosphere, Q Radio will be on site throughout the weekend, providing music, hosting interviews and talks on stage, and roaming the venue to chat with participants and visitors.

Kicking things off, there will also be special giveaways on Friday at 11am in partnership with a well-known tanning brand, so early visitors are encouraged to arrive in time and not miss out.

With a packed schedule of activities, exhibitors and entertainment, the Marathon Expo promises to be an exciting and engaging start to race weekend.
