Framar Benefits of Cherry Juice - Festival of Sleep Day 2020
“Good Sleep Can Maximise Athletic Performance” and “it is just as important as eating healthy and exercising.”

As you begin your marathon journey heading towards Sunday 3rd May, Framar Health as the Official Nutrition Sponsor are here to help.  It’s important to have a good start to your run and a good end to your run.

.

Supplements such as Beetroot and Pomegranate and Cherry Juice are nature’s performance enhancers and have been shown to increase the amount of energy delivered to muscles.  Drinking before training and on race day can improve both speed and endurance.

🍒Bitter Cherry Juice is clinically proven to reduce muscle soreness after exercise.  This juice is used by professional and Olympic athletes to support their training regimes to ensure training schedules are maintained.

💤Bitter cherries also provide melatonin and this juice can help support a good nights sleep if you find it hard to wind down after an evening run.

*Active Edge Cherry Juice is available to purchase at Framar Health, Lisburn Road.
