As we look ahead to 2026, we are thrilled to unveil our #MindBodyMiles Campaign, a year-long commitment to supporting all of our participants, not just through the miles they cover, but through the mental and physical journey.

Running is more than a physical challenge; it’s a balance of strength, resilience, mindset, and wellbeing.

#MindBodyMiles celebrates the progress you make with every step, while also highlighting the vital importance of caring for both your mental health and your body throughout your training.

Throughout 2026, we’ll be sharing a range of support to help you thrive throughout your training:

  • Training & recovery tips

  • Mental wellbeing advice to help you stay focused, motivated, and balanced

  • Real stories from those taking part in our events

  • Tools, resources, and encouragement to help you not only navigate challenges but celebrate the wins

Whether you’re taking on your first marathon or just starting out this campaign is here to support you every step of the way.
