Look out for Lisburn Triathlon Club at the 2024 Moy Park Belfast City Half Marathon!
A big thank you to Lisburn Triathlon Club for kindly volunteering to help at this year’s half marathon – 9 club members will be cycling the 13.1 mile route leading our front runners and our wheelchair participants
On the day they will be spotted in Moy Park Belfast City Half Marathon branded kit and will be wearing whistles to alert the public that the leaders are coming through. The cyclists are also hugely helpful to our wheelchair participants to alert them of what is ahead and using their whistles to alert surrounding runners that they are passing!
We would ask that all participants, stewards, volunteers and spectators alike are respectful of the cyclists on race day please and have an appreciation of the critical role they play in the event.
