Today marks International Volunteer Day ⭐
Nothing would be possible without our amazing volunteers 🙌🏼
Every year and every event, hundreds of people of different ages, backgrounds and genders give up their time to help make our events possible.
From Expo & Pack Collection days, start line, route marshals, water and energy stations right to the finish line, we are always so thankful for all their hard work.
Sumathy Thulasiraman, who volunteered at the 2025 Moy Park Belfast City Marathon with a group commented:
'Nine of our volunteers, all just 16 years old and experiencing their first-ever event, impressed everyone with their passion and positively, even more young people have already expressed their eagerness to join future events.
Above all, we were privileged to be part of an amazing event, supporting thousands of participants and sharing in their moments of triumph.'
