Air Ambulance NI is thrilled to announce its partnership with the North West 200 Association for a special fundraising event – Party at the Paddock BBQ on Saturday, 3rd May 2025

The medal depicts a map of Belfast, the capital and largest city of Northern Ireland, standing on the banks of the River Lagan. A vibrant city full of surprises and hidden gems, Belfast is known worldwide for its hospitality. Indeed, the Moy Park Belfast City Marathon has become renowned for its incredible local support and crowds to cheer you on throughout your Marathon, Team Relay or 8 Mile Walk journey.

The Moy Park Belfast City Marathon is calling on all local musicians, church groups, choirs, and performers to bring the city streets of Belfast to life on Sunday, May 4th, 2025.

11 ambassadors have embarked on an exclusive journey to complete their very first ever marathon on Sunday 5^th May in Belfast, and we’ve had exclusive updates along the way. We are absolutely delighted to say that all 11 crew members completed the 26.2 mile challenge! 

On Sunday 5^th May, over 19,000 thousand people ran, walk or jogged in the 42^nd Moy Park Belfast City Marathon.The event started at Stormont Estate and finished in Ormeau Park with an array of entertainment provided to support the spectators and visitors – relaying live streams from the race on the Big Screen by BBC NI.

Translink has announced it will once again operate a series of early trains on Sunday 5^th May to help those taking part in the Moy Park Belfast City Marathon on Sunday 5 May. 

The Moy Park Belfast City Marathon weekend gets underway at the TEC Belfast this Friday and Saturday with the Expo and Pack Collection! It’s free and open to all, with an exciting line up of brands, product trials, sampling, entertainment and giveaways guaranteed.

A record 5,500 runners are prepared to take to the streets of Belfast on Sunday 5^th May for the sold out Moy Park Belfast City Marathon, making it the biggest marathon in the city’s history.
