1. How do I register my interest in charity places for the Belfast City Marathon?

You can register your interest by completing the form here: Belfast Marathon Charity Places Registration.

 

 

2. What happens after I register my interest?

You will receive an email from Eventmaster with a link to purchase your places. Deadline to purchase places 31st Jan 2026 on a first come first served basis. Limited places.

 

 

3. How much do charity places cost?

• Marathon places: £160 each

• Relay places: £230 each

 

 

4. How can I pay for my charity places?

You can pay by:

• Card – Places are available immediately in your Benefactor Portal under the Event Charity Places tab.

• Invoice – Places are available once the invoice is marked as paid.

 

 

5. How do I assign my charity places to runners?

There are two ways to assign a place:

Option A: If the runner already has a Give2You fundraising page, assign the place using the Existing Page tab.

Option B: Assign the place via the Manual Entry tab – a fundraising page will be created automatically and sent to the runner.

 

 

6. When do I release the access code to a runner?

You have full control over when an access code is released once you are happy with the runners fundraising efforts. Once released, the status will change to Code Released.

 

 

7. What happens after the runner receives the access code?

The runner will need to register for the event before the closing date of applications 11/04/25, runners must have registered before this date. Once registered their status will change to Complete so you will know that they have registered.
