Latest Update September 2020 Marathon
Latest Update on the 2020 Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon  Thursday 21st May 2020

Given recent announcements from other major city marathons, we appreciate that our participants are keen to hear from us also with regards to the rescheduled 2020 Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon in September.

Two months ago we made the decision to postpone our May event until Sunday 20th September 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are still hoping to host our event and continue to monitor Government guidelines closely, however, we are very much aware that circumstances can change rapidly with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We understand and appreciate that you want to know sooner rather than later about our September plans so you can get back into or adjust your marathon training (safely) and focus on fundraising again.  With this in mind we are working hard in the background to officially confirm our plans with you over the next couple of weeks.

We really appreciate your patience and support during this challenging time and promise to update you again soon.

In the meantime please stay safe everyone.
