The much-loved Mash Direct Belfast City Half Marathon raises hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity each year. Organisers are encouraging runners to turn their miles into something life-saving, and run for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland.
The medical team are tasked on average twice a day to perform medical interventions that can mean the difference between life and death. You can play a part in supporting the charity and make your 13.1 miles go that bit further.
James ran the Mash Direct Belfast City Marathon in 2022 as part of #TeamAirAmbulanceNI and can vouch for how good that #FinishLineFeeling is knowing you’re saving lives.
