Just under 17 weeks until the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon!!

It’s not too late to start training for your first ever Marathon, Team Relay, 8 Mile Walk or Fun Run!

1: New Year, New Schedule. Time to develop a very positive running habit that will enable you to finish your first Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon.

 

2: Don’t let the weather be the boss of you.  It’s important that you keep your training routine going no matter what the weather is outside.

Dundonald man inspired to run first marathon for Air Ambulance NI

David Coulter from Dundonald is running the Moy Park Belfast City Marathon to raise money for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland (AANI), the official charity partners for the marathon. David chose the charity after he had the opportunity to visit the service after his wife took part in the recent Air Ambulance Runway Run at Belfast City Airport.
