EXCITING NEWS!

We are very excited to launch our new Sustainability Volunteer Scheme.

Are you passionate about the environment? We have a role for YOU!

Sustainability volunteers will follow the tail of the runners, collecting any bottles, gels etc. along the route, helping us keep the streets of our beautiful city clean.

Gather a few friends, team mates or colleagues and take on the Team Relay with a sustainable twist – each team will take on a leg of the relay (ranging from 4 to 7 miles) and follow the tail of the runners, gathering litter as you go. We’ll provide you with litter pickers, bin bags and all that you need! Our friends at Belfast City Council Cleansing will follow with a sweeper and collect all bins.

As a big thank you, you will receive a goodie bag with a hi-vis vest, long sleeve top and baseball cap. Oh, and not to mention a well earned medal – you will have completed the Team Relay after all.
